It's great to have an all around vehicle repair location in West Ashley that services a lot of different brands and they provide routine service same day, next or by appointment. We take all of our vehicles for preventative maintenance to keep my family protected: Oil, tires, brakes and air conditioning. The staff are friendly and provide necessary information for me to decide which option (best, better, good) will work for us. Encourage you to call to explore options vs the dealer. True experience, we waited for a month at one dealer and received approved service that was completed in 3 days.

My husband bought our Rav4 for repairs. We were impressed with their service from the detailed quote to the timely repairs. When we went to pick the car up my husband mentioned that one of the tires seemed to be leaking air. They put the car back on the lift, found the problem, and fixed it at no extra charge. We highly recommend them!

Brought my car in for a simple alignment and rotation. Sure service was done the following day, but upon pickup my vehicle was unlocked all day. I informed front desk staff and they were extremely dismissive and rude. I said thankfully nothing is missing and i just got a stare. On top of that my wheel now hangs the other direction and has play in the wheel. All was done in prep for a long trip. After the long trip and noticing something was off i checked my passenger side tie rod which was not tightened down. Thankfully i caught this before going on a mountain drive. Never coming back here again, only came here because of my schedule

I had such a great experience thanks to Erin at Honest 1 Auto, and I felt it was important to share. From the moment I walked in, she stood out for her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. Erin’s knowledge of car maintenance and necessary services is impressive, but what really makes her exceptional is her honesty. She takes the time to clearly explain what’s needed, what can wait, and why—without ever making you feel pressured or overwhelmed. That kind of transparency is rare and truly appreciated. What I valued most was how comfortable she made the entire experience. There was no upselling, no pushiness—just straightforward, trustworthy guidance. It’s clear she genuinely wants the best for her customers, not just a sale. Erin is easily the best part of any visit to Honest 1 Auto. If you’re looking for someone who combines expertise with integrity and outstanding customer service, she is the person to see.
